ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Thanks for shopping with Ridge Toolbox. Here's how to find your order and follow it to your door.

1. 1. CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL

   Right after checkout, Shopify emails an order confirmation from Ridge Toolbox. It lists your order number, items and total, and has a "View your order" button that opens your live order status page.

2. 2. WATCH FOR THE SHIPPING EMAIL

   When your order ships you'll get a second email with the carrier and tracking number. Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days, and orders over $100 ship free.

3. 3. SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

   Sign in with the email you used at checkout — you'll get a one-time code, no password needed — to see every order, its status and tracking.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still stuck? Give us your order number or checkout email and we'll look it up.
